Roof Painting
Refresh and protect your roof. We always start by checking the roof's condition before recommending painting.
When it fits
When does roof painting make sense?
Roof painting is a good choice when the tiles are basically sound but the surface has started to lose its colour and protection. The paint gives the roof a fresher look and an extra protective layer.
When tiles are cracked or damaged, other measures are needed instead – that's why we always check the roof first.

Roof painting is a good choice when the tiles are basically sound but the surface has started to lose colour and protection. At the inspection we assess whether painting is the right fix or whether something else is needed.
This usually includes pressure washing the roof, treatment against growth, repair of individual tiles if needed, and priming and painting with roof paint.
Durability depends on the roofing material, weather exposure and paint system. We'll talk through what to expect when we give you a quote.
For approved ROT work, you can normally get a deduction of up to 30% of the labour cost. Only the labour cost qualifies for the ROT deduction – materials, travel and other costs are not included. The deduction is normally capped at SEK 50,000 per person per year, and it only applies if you pay Swedish income tax. Many holiday home owners living abroad may not qualify – always check current rules with Skatteverket (the Swedish Tax Agency).
