All prices include VAT. Where the ROT deduction applies, we’ve also worked out roughly what that comes to – and if it doesn’t apply to you, that’s no problem. You always get a fixed price in a written quote before we start.
Holiday home owners
No ROT deduction? That’s no problem.
ROT is a Swedish tax deduction, so it normally only works if you pay income tax in Sweden. Many holiday home owners living abroad can’t use it – and that changes nothing about how we work.

What does roof care cost?

- Heavy growth or hard-to-reach roof: upper end of the range
- Smaller roofs (garage, carport etc.): minimum price SEK 6 500
- Travel beyond 30 km from Ljungby: SEK 25 per 10 km
Normal growth falls at the lower end of the range, heavy growth at the upper end. A 150 m² house roof usually comes to about SEK 9 000 incl. VAT (approx. SEK 7 000 after ROT).

Complete package on an easily accessible roof; a worn or hard-to-reach roof falls at the upper end of the range. A 150 m² house roof usually comes to about SEK 37 500 incl. VAT (approx. SEK 30 000 after ROT).

The price applies to a house roof that's easy to access. The inspection is included in the price of the job when it's just a matter of replacing tiles. Note: this is a smaller job and is not covered by the free roof inspection offer.

Frequently asked questions
The prices here are indicative. You always get a fixed price in a written quote after the inspection – before any work begins.
We always show both the price including VAT and roughly what it works out to after the ROT deduction. If the work qualifies, the ROT tax deduction normally covers up to 30% of the labour cost (materials, travel and other costs are not included). The deduction is normally capped at SEK 50,000 per person per year, and it can only be used if you pay Swedish income tax – so many holiday home owners based abroad may not qualify. That's no problem: you get the same careful work at the agreed price including VAT, and we help you with everything in English. Always check the current rules with Skatteverket (the Swedish Tax Agency). Because of this, we show the price including VAT as the main price.
That’s no problem. If you live abroad and don’t pay Swedish income tax, you simply pay the price shown including VAT – the same inspection, the same careful work and the same fixed written quote, with all contact in English from start to finish.
The inspection is free for larger jobs such as roof care and roof painting. For smaller jobs, such as replacing a few roof tiles, the inspection is included in the price of the job and you're told the price upfront.
Travel is included within 30 km of Ljungby. Beyond that, SEK 25 per 10 km applies.
